Capacity is the practice of expanding my energy and resilience to attend to my priorities thoughtfully.
Resilience & Adaptability
Rather than snapping back to shape like a rubber band, I found that resilience is the ability to scan my internal environment, acknowledge my current limits, and choose what fits the moment.
Defining My "Yes"
I learned to protect my energy by reducing fear-based decisions and setting clear boundaries. Getting better at saying "no" allows me to be at my best in the meaningful relationships I choose to cultivate. It also allows me to give my best to the projects that align with my vision, rather than chasing external validation.
Eating Primarily Plant-Based
I fuel my body with a primarily plant-based diet to sustain my energy throughout the day. I consider myself as a flexitarian, and occasionally eat meat and seafood.
