Access to and Correction of Personal Data

You can also update me if your personal data is current, complete and accurate. I will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible, generally within 30 business days.

If I am unable to provide you with any personal data or to make a correction request by you, I shall generally inform you of the reasons why I am unable to do so (except where I am not required to so under the PDPA).

Withdrawing Consent and Deletion of Personal Data

I respect your decision to withdraw your consent at any time. Do note that I may not be in a position to continue providing products and/or services to you upon processing your request. Should you decide to withdraw consent and request me to stop collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal data, you can contact wendyboey[at]gmail[dot]com. I shall delete your personal data generally within 10 business days upon receiving your request, unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Retention of Personal Data

I may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. Transfers of Personal Data Outside of Singapore or the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting sites outside the country where you live. As a result, I may transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of Singapore and the EU, I rely on Google Cloud and thus Privacy Shield as the legal basis of the transfer.
