I eat mostly plants

I used to be an omnivore in an allium-free ovo-lacto-vegetarian household. That's a mouthful, I know! Simply put, I live with two vegetarians who eat eggs and dairy products, but not meat, poultry, seafood, garlic, onions, chives, scallions, and leeks.

Because meal preparation has always been my favorite way to unwind, I gradually developed a passion for creating wholesome, plant-based meals for my family.

When breast cancer recurred, I began to take a closer look at my own diet and lifestyle. Motivated by health considerations, I stopped eating red meat on 30 March 2026, followed by poultry and seafood on 24 April 2026.

I hope to share useful information and practical ideas that will help you make more informed food choices or prepare your own delicious plant-based meals. As always, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before altering your diet in any way.
