I eat mostly plants
I'm the only meat-eater in our allium-free ovo-lacto-vegetarian household. That's a mouthful, I know! To put it plainly, I live with two vegetarians who consume eggs and dairy products, but not meat, poultry, seafood, garlic, onions and the likes.
Some folks call me a flexitarian, semi-vegetarian, or part-time vegetarian. While I'm primarily plant-based, I'm not overly restrictive. I try to reduce meat and seafood intake due to my health conditions.
And since meal-prep is my primary stress relief activity, I've grown to be really passionate about making healthy plant-based meals for my family. I hope you'll gain some useful information here to help you make better food choices, or prepare your very own plant-based meals.
As always, do talk to a qualified healthcare professional before altering your diet in any way.
