One of my little idiosyncrasies

I’m drawn to experiences that let me browse slowly... where I can wander aisle by aisle, freely and at my own pace. I found such joy in the older stationery shops I chanced upon when travelling through different parts of Taiwan.
Unlike modern minimalist shops that I would be afraid to pick up things for fear of messing something, these shops are far from pristine or clinical. They often feel chaotic and cluttered with an eclectic mix of stationery, gifts and household goods.
It feels like stumbling into a private treasure hunt, where every nook tugs at my curiosity and the thrill of discovery. Each item invites a closer look, and I find myself smiling with delight at every unexpected find.
