Hi, I'm Wendy

I choose to live with intention and align my choices with my values. My journey has taken me through meaningful work in human resources, creative projects, and personal growth practices that continue to influence who I am today. I value respect, mindfulness, and insight, and I enjoy sharing ideas that help others find focus and purpose. When I am not working or writing, I spend time exploring new ideas, journaling, and experimenting in the kitchen to create plant-based meals for my family.

I am open about my lived experiences because I understand how difficult it can be to ask for what you need when it comes to physical, mental, or neurodevelopmental support, especially in the workplace. People like me are often overlooked, face discrimination, or miss out on job opportunities and reasonable adjustments. Not only can this create a sense of not belonging, but it can also lead to anxiety and financial instability.

That’s why I started this digital garden, to share the person I am beyond work, someone who wanders through ideas and lets curiosity lead the way. Here, I am learning in public how to live more thoughtfully, choosing a gentler pace over self-criticism. I am rediscovering my creative momentum and finding ways of working that better support my needs.

If any part of this resonates with you, I would love to connect. Beyond this site, I usually share my writing on LinkedIn. One of my articles was also published by This Can Happen Global, a UK-based platform that advances workplace wellbeing worldwide.

Tending to What Matters

Often, the most meaningful growth takes root in quiet moments. With a noisy AuDHD mind pulled in many directions, I turn to writing to untangle observations and thoughts drawn from a lifetime of hidden challenges and restless inner dialogue.

As I learn to be more mindful about the energy I allow into my inner world, I'm guided by my curiosity to plant wonder and kind thoughts. Here' you'll find saplings on topics like thoughtful living, resilience and adaptability, and plant-based eating.

Notes are allowed to grow at their own pace, occasionally pruned, and never rushed to bloom to essays or resources. I discover quiet joy in allowing my thoughts to breathe and seeing what naturally takes root.
